Dear: International Development Center of Japan (IDCJ)

- Pursuant to Decree No. 40/2019/ND-CP dated May 13, 2019 on Amendments to decrees on guidelines for the law on environmental protection;

- Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2021/ND-CP dated May 21, 2021 of the Government on Preliminary Environmental Impact Assessment.

- Based on the requirements of IDCJ and the capacity, functions and tasks of Minh Phuong construction design and consulting investment corporation. We would like to send to IDCJ a quote for setting up a preliminary environmental impact assessment report for the project “VNU Hospital project 5 hectares” as follows:

1/ Scope of work:

- Prepare a preliminary environmental impact assessment (PEIA) report for the project "VNU Hospital project 5 hectares”.

2/ Implementation time:

- 20 days from the date the contract is signed (excluding the duration of the contract).

Does not include time to edit records at the request of state agencies.

3/ Estimated cost:

Implementation cost: 140,000,000 VND (One hundred and forty million VND)
